Do I have a dedicated assistant?
Every client has a dedicated assistant who works on his/her tasks.
What happens when my assistant gets sick, goes on holiday etc?
In Assistly we work by the principle that at least two assistants are always up to date on the client’s tasks. Therefore, when your dedicated assistant goes on holiday or gets sick, another assistant easily takes his/her place.
Is it confidential? How can I be sure that my data is safe?
Confidentiality is set by a contract with Assistly. We are happy to also sign any other agreements or NDAs.
How can I delegate my tasks to the virtual assistant in case permissions are needed (software programmes, banks etc.)?
Granting permissions to different services is nowadays made very easy and convenient. Moreover, it is always possible to choose which permissions do you want to give the assistant. For example, it is possible to give access to bookkeeping programmes so the assistant can see only the data he or she needs for her/his work. What permissions the assistant is given and how is the work organized is up to the client to decide and work out together with the assistant.
How are the tasks delegated? What tasks are done first?
The tasks can be delegated in many ways. It can be done by email, Slack, Trello etc – whichever is the most comfortable for the client. We recommend using programmes like Trello and Scoro that make it easy for assistants to see the overview of all tasks and deadlines.
What tools, programmes, apps do the assistants use?
Assistants can use the same programmes as the client. Our assistants have experiences with many different tools and can therefore adapt and learn fast.
What should I keep in mind when giving a task to a virtual assistant?
It is always good to give as precise tasks as possible. This might take more time at first but saves time in the end since the assistant is sure to do the right task in the way you want.
How does Assistly charge?
Assistly virtual assistants work on an hourly basis.
How does Assistly measure time?
All tasks are timed and the client can get reports on the time spent.
How does the billing work with Assistly?
Assistly charges for only the work done. We do not have a minimum or fixed monthly payment. We send you an invoice for all the work done at the beginning of every month. If we have not done any work for your company last month, there is no invoice.
